Here’s everything you need to know to help ensure the holiday runs smoothly.
Event Name – Easter at Watchtree
Event Date – 5th April -21st April
Parking – It’s been dry !! Huzzar, so we should have full access to the green carpark and the two others.
Activities
Easter map trail
There are some 30 eggs around the reserve; let the visitor know the elves are on the yellow-dotted route on their map. (See below)
Maps are available for £1 per participant at the following locations:
Cafe
Gellato
Wheelers
Prizes will be available from:
Gellato Shack
After completing the hunt, they return to the Gellato Shack to claim their prize (1 per paying person).
All they need to do is tell you how many they found or show their maps (it’s just for fun).
Ensure participants get their maps stamped to claim their prize.
If they have taken a pencil from us, ask for it back (there are more pencils on my desk)
I forgot to put a stamp location on the map, so if everyone could stamp it where I have put the red circle below, that should do!

Keep an eye on stock levels. If you notice maps running low, inform a team leader or someone with access to a computer, and they can download the maps from the link below.
Bike hire will be open all day – I have advertised for people to pre-book as much as possible.
Have a great easter, everyone
Senga 🙂
