Event
Join our experts Anne and Mike Abbs on a walk of discovery in to the lives of primeval predators and industrious pollinators!
Take a walk round Watchtree Nature Reserve and visit the habitats of the Odonata (Dragonfly), learn about their life cycle and how to identity types of Dragonfly and Damselfly, with the opportunity to see them in flight (weather conditions permitting).
There will also be discussion about and identification of different types of bumblebee seen along the way!
Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome to come along on this walk. We will be entering the wetlands area of Watchtree so it is advisable that children should be accompanied on a ration of one adult to two children.
Watchtree is a registered charity. Suggested donations for the event are: Members £2, Non Members £4; Under 16s: Members £1, Non Members £2
