🐣 Easter Kids’ Club at Watchtree 🌿

Watchtree Kids’ Club is everything you’d expect from childcare on a nature reserve! Your child will spend the day under the care of our expert leaders—fully immersed in nature, exploring, creating, and often covered in mud!🌿🦉

There’s no such thing as a ‘typical’ day at Watchtree Kids’ Club, but activities may include:

• Bushcraft & survival skills
• Nature discovery & wildlife spotting
• Woodland crafts & hands-on activities
• Exploring on foot or by bike

Every session includes a delicious hot chocolate with marshmallows. (Non-dairy and vegan options available—please specify any allergies or dietary needs on the consent form.)

📌 Key Information

• Age range: 5 – 12 years old
• Price: £33 (Watchtree members receive a 20% discount with a valid code)
• Session times: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Meeting point: Watchtree Portacabin (beside Watchtree Wheelers) at 9:50 AM

❓ FAQs

Do I stay with my child?
No, your child will be cared for by our qualified leaders. We are an OFSTED-registered childcare provider. You’re welcome to stay and enjoy the reserve’s facilities, but you cannot accompany the group unless it is arranged in advance.

What should my child bring?
✅  A nut-free packed lunch, or pre-order a Watchtree lunch (£6.00 add-on below)
✅  A water bottle for drinks
✅  Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing (long sleeves & trousers recommended)
✅  Extra waterproof clothing, plus wellies or sturdy boots
✅  A plastic bag inside their rucksack (for wet/muddy clothes)
✅  Any necessary emergency medication (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens—please notify staff at drop-off)
❌  No mobile phones or valuable items—we cannot be responsible for lost items
❌  Avoid applying sun cream containing nut oils before attending

Cancellation Policy

We will only cancel Kids’ Club sessions if conditions are unsafe (e.g., severe weather warnings). If we cancel, a full refund will be provided.

If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible so we can offer the spot to another child:
