Come and be terrified deep in the dark woods, this Halloween. Watchtree’s 5k Trail of Horror can be walked or run, but it will horrify you and you will feel like running by the end of it!

Take a journey through our spine-chilling trail and play the victims in your own horror movie – there will be live actors and installations designed to scare you to the core! Come in a group, or alone – if you dare- but you must be over 18 and in good health to come to this event. Will you survive?!!

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather & terrain – however fancy dress is not only welcome but very much encouraged! Prizes will be given for the best Halloween costumes!

Head torches are essential for your safety – no torch, no entry and no refund. The trail will be on mixed terrain – tarmac, gravel and grass.

Entry price includes a medal for survivors, all proceeds support Watchtree Nature Reserve projects.

Event Details

• The Trail of Horror will start at 6.30pm sharp.
• Please arrive in good time to allow for parking, registration etc.
• The reserve and car parks will be open from 5.30pm.
• The visitor’s centre will be open throughout for snacks, drinks and toilet facilities.

WARNING – Over 18s only – this is NOT a child-friendly event. There will be live actors and installations designed to scare you! No children or spectators will be allowed in the reserve while the event is running. This is an all weather event !!!!!!!!!
