One for the walkers! We are having the first Watchtree Spring Stroll Charity Walk on the evening of Wednesday 1st May 2024. The Charity Walk will have two routes – a 3 mile trail and a 1 mile trail. Both routes will be fully accessible to pushchairs and wheelchair users – dogs are also welcome (on a short lead!).
We hope these routes will be achievable for people who wouldn’t usually take part in a Watchtree running or long distance walking event and open up opportunities for people to challenge themselves – you could collect individual sponsorship to help spur you on! It is not essential to raise sponsorship to enter, but if you would like to, we can help on how to set up an online fundraising page for those who would like assistance – or you can email us for a sponsorship form at events@watchtree.co.uk.

Entry is £5 per person. There will be a gentle, full body warm up outside of the Visitor’s Centre before the start, given by a qualified dance instructor who is familiar with all variations of mobility.
Get together with your friends, family or colleagues and enjoy a beautiful stroll through the reserve in all its Springtime glory, while also raising money to support Watchtree! This event is open to all ages – come and enjoy the buzz of a Watchtree event!
