A walk at Watchtree Nature Reserve
Kindly sponsored by David Allen Financial Services
Every Monday morning at 10.00 and lasting just over an hour. A variety of routes are used so each week the walk is slightly different.
Watchtree was previously an airfield so is very flat making walking easy! Most of the paths are wheelchair friendly and, if there is anyone in a wheelchair, the leader will ensure that only wheelchair friendly paths are used.
Being a nature reserve there is usually some wildlife to see!
The walks are led by Brian Scroggie who can be contacted for any further information –

Cycling can also boost your mood, and is proven to be a great way to improve your mental health and wellbeing, and cycling in a group is a fantastic way to socialise, meet new people and make connections with like-minded people. Watchtree staff will train and coach you to get cycling and will then guide you round our relatively flat and tarmacked trails. Cycle and helmet hire provided.
